Billy Joe Barr

Billy Joe Barr, age 67, of Taylorsville passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Baptist Hospital. He was born on September 16, 1950 in Ashe County, the son of the late Raymond & Constance Neaves Barr. He worked as an Environmental Director in the health care industry. Billy was of the Baptist faith and loved cars & his man’s best friend “Nila.” He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kathy Loudermilk Barr.

There will be no funeral services planned for Billy. Inurnment will be with the family.
