Roger Dale Kerley

Roger Dale Kerley, age 63, of Stony Point passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Gordon Hospice House. Born on March 22, 1954, the son of the late Lexo J. and Cecil Brown Kerley. Roger loved antiques, collecting coins, fishing, and basketball. He was a loving husband, father, and friend and will greatly be missed, but will forever be in hearts. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers: Grady F. Kerley, Lexo J. Kerley, Jr. (L.J.), Connie Mack Kerley, & Roy Lee Kerley; and sisters: Jolene Kerley Hamm, Linda Sue Kerley Pope, & Brenda Kay Kerley Powell.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 31 years: Tracy Marie Kerley; children: Eric, Tina, Christopher, John Paul, and Joseph; and sister Joan Kerley Looper and husband Kirt.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Alexander Funeral Service and the funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 pm with the Rev.
