He was born January 13, 1972, to the late Johnnie Lee Smart Sr. and Nancy Carolyn Rhodes Smart. Johnnie worked at Crossroads Grill as a cook and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking during his free time.
Johnnie is survived by a sister Terri Ishii (Roy).
