Melissa "Missy" Brandy Glessner McCubbin

Melissa “Missy” Brandy Glessner McCubbin age 45 passed away unexpectedly Friday November 12, 2021. She was born to Wayne August Glessner and Cynthia Louse Maitland Rocker. Missy worked as a dental assistance for most of her career. During her free time, she enjoyed hunting, fishing, Steelers Football, nature, and the outdoors. Most of all she loved her dogs.

Mrs. McCubbin is preceded in death by her father Wayne “Gus” Glessner.

Those left to cherish the memories of Missy include her spouse of three years Mark McCubbin, mother, Cindy Rocker and stepfather Mike, daughter, Kadi Helms and husband Garrett, two grandchildren: Kylee and Kamden Helms, brother, Josh Glessner and wife April, nephew, Mason Glessner, and niece, Hailey Glessner.

There will be no services at this time. Donations may be made to Bethel Colony of Mercy at bethelcolony.org or by mail at 1675 Bethel Colony Road Lenoir, NC 28645.
