Patrick Richard Teague

Patrick Richard Teague, age 57, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, in Burke County.
Patrick was born on Tuesday, March 17, 1964, to Bob Teague and the late Billie Jean Huffman Walker.
Patrick attended Freedom Independent Baptist Church.
Patrick was employed at Designmaster Furniture as an upholster for 28 years. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed camping, cars, and going to yard sales, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Including his mother, Patrick is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Martha Nell Bowman.
Those left to cherish the memories of Patrick include his wife of 34 years, Wendy Simmons Teague, two children, Hanna Victoria Teague Foster (Mitchell) and Patrick Lee Teague (Laci). Father-in-law, Dewey Lee Simmons, stepfather, Roger Walker, stepfather-in-law, Robert Bruce Bowman, brother, Bobby Teague (Jackie), half-sister, Norma Killian, and half-brother, Eric Teague. One grandchild, Emma Sue Teague, along with a number of special friends, niece and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at Freedom Independent Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 2:00pm at the church.
Preacher Jobie Borders will be officiating.
Burial will follow in the Simmons Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Caldwell Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Ave NW, Lenoir, NC 28645
Pallbearers will be; Patrick Lee Teague, Mitchell Foster, Jeremy Morgan, Jacob Seth Bowman, Brandon Hefner, and Christopher Fox. Honorary pallbearers will be; Berry Lafone, Jr., and Bobby Teague
