Dale Little,

Dale Ray Little, age 55, of the Bethlehem Community, passed away on Sunday, July 11th, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness.  Dale was born on March 3rd, 1955 to parents Grady Lloyd Little and Alberta Harold Ingram in Charlestowne, WV.  He married his wife, Paulla Lee Smith, on February 18th, 1983.  He also served in the US Air Force from 1973 to 1996 – 22 ½ years of active duty.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Melody Ann Little Butler, in 1982.  In addition to his wife, those left to cherish his memory include their daughter, Kelly Marie Little of Charleston, SC; sister, Sherry Lynn VanPunkenVink; a half-brother, Danny Connor of Jacksonville; 3 half-sisters: Darbie, Karen, and Sharon; step-mother, Ruth Queen Little of Taylorsville; mother-in-law, Arthur & Bernice Smith of Charleston, SC, and a number of nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 13th, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Liledoun Baptist Church.  Service will be on Wednesday, July 14th, at Liledoun Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M where Rev. James Lockee will officiate.  The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the funeral hour.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Alexander Funeral Service has been entrusted with arrangements.
