Junior Robert Wallace

Junior Robert Wallace, age 74, born on Monday, October 16, 1950, in Alexander County, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Glenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation in Iredell County.

During his working career, Junior dedicated himself to cutting timber, a trade that reflected his love for the outdoors and craftsmanship. His passion for woodworking also blossomed as a cherished hobby, where he found joy in creating beautiful pieces from the timber he skillfully harvested. Additionally, Junior enjoyed riding around on his 4-wheeler. Junior also attended Liledoun Baptist Church

Junior leaves behind his daughter, Amanda Wallace, and his two sisters, Kay Roberts (Billy) and Diane Williams (Bobby).

Junior was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anna Fox Wallace, and his daughter, Teresa Wallace. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Herman Parks Wallace and Mozelle Hubbard Wallace, and his brothers, Clyde, Kenneth, and Everette Wallace. His legacy is cherished by his sisters, Bernice Baker, Gaynell Wallace, Sue Braswell, Ruth Pope, Edith Deal, and Graceteen Childers.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Alexander Funeral Service located at 193 NC-16, Taylorsville, NC 28681, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Burial will be held at a later date.

The family will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to Alexander Hospice, 50 Lucy Echerd Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681.

Junior will be deeply missed by all who knew him, remembered for his dedication to his craft and the love for his family.
