Princess Beth Ann East Bogdan, age 52, known to family and friends as Beth, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Catawba County. Born on July 17, 1973, in Montgomery County, North Carolina, she lived a life marked by dedication, compassion, and service to others.

Beth's career was distinguished by her commitment to healthcare and entrepreneurship. She worked diligently at Greensboro Ear, Nose, and Throat, providing care and comfort to those in need. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she also owned and operated Carolina Mobile Medics, a venture through which she extended her expertise and care beyond traditional settings.

A woman of deep faith, Beth was steadfast in her Baptist beliefs, which provided a foundation for her strength and compassion throughout her life. She was also a passionate breast cancer activist, dedicating effort and voice to raising awareness and supporting those affected by the disease.

Beth’s interests reflected her zest for life, particularly her love of traveling, which allowed her to embrace new experiences and cultures with enthusiasm.

Above all, Beth was a loving mother and grandmother who was cherished deeply by those closest to her. She is survived by her daughter, Sierra Hendren (Blue); her sister, Kristin Lamm; her brother, Jonathan East; and her beloved grandchildren, Brantley Hendren and Scarlett Hendren. Her loss is felt profoundly by all who knew her.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Clayton East and Linda Mae Shofe East.

Beth’s legacy is one of warmth, steadfast faith, and a tireless commitment to helping others. She leaves behind a family and community enriched by her presence and spirit. Her memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
